Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

• Opened/used agro‑chemicals cannot be returned for safety reasons.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
